Download the TeleWebinar viewer!

In order to participate in any TeleWebinars, you will need to download and install the TeleWebinar Viewer. You will find instructions to download and install the program below.

Instructions to install the Viewer:

  1. Click on the Link to begin the download process, and a dialogue box will appear. You should choose to Run or Open the file, as illustrated below:

    Note: Your browser may not give you the option to Open, or Run the file. You may have to save the file to your computer first, and then open it from the location you saved it to.

  2. Once the file is downloaded, you may see a security warning asking you to confirm that you wish to run the file. If you see this, You should click Run or Open:

  3. The Installation Wizard will walk you through the installation process. Click Next:

  4. You must choose to accept the License Agreement that comes with the program before it will allow you to install it on your computer. You should select I accept the agreement and then click Next.

  5. The next screen will ask you where you wish to install the program to. You can change it if you wish, but the default location should work just fine. Click Next

  6. Once you have selected the directory to install to, you will have to click the Install button.

  7. The necessary files will be copied over to your computer, and the installation will take place. Be patient. This process may take a minute or two.

  8. Click Finish to complete the installation.

  9. If you are registered for a TeleWebinar, you will receive e-mail notifications that the TeleWebinar is about to begin.
    When one of your TeleWebinars is about to begin, click on the link in your e-mail or go to the Home Page at TeleWebinar.us. You will see a link in the left-hand column of the Home Page that reads "Join this TeleWebinar!". By clicking on the link, you will be connected to the video portion of the TeleWebinar.
